Joe Wenborne

Joe Wenborne has worked in the Entertainment business for over forty years. He started as a stand-up comedian performing in clubs and theatres in the UK and USA supporting major stars like Stevie Wonder, George Benson, and Barry Manilow. He later appeared as an actor in blockbusters such as ‘STAR WARS’, ‘the INDIANA JONES’ and the ‘JAMES BOND’ movies and many others.) He is an award-winning writer, director and producer and has staged shows at the iconic, London Palladium and London’s The Royal Albert Hall, as well as in Las Vegas, Chicago, and Broadway. In 2021 his movie feature adaptation of his play ‘TOUCHING THE BLUE’ scooped 25 international awards. Joe has also written many pantomimes and shows for children. He lives on the coast of Essex with his wife Sheila, and their two Romanian rescue dogs, Big Dolly and Little Evie. VP are very much looking forward to publishing Joe’s first children’s book, ‘PAWS-UP!’ in 2023.
